Resurfacing turned out great on this 800 sq ft deck! By resurfacing your deck you can save thousands for reusing the footings and framing if they are in good shape. Once the floor is removed we replace any damaged framing members, reinforce the deck foundation, we add joist tape on all wood that prolongs the wood lifespan by preventing water damage, then we install new decking and railings. On this deck we used Deckorators trailhead decking color canyon with vinyl railings and black aluminum balusters.
